National Arboretum April 17, 2016

Jim and I went to the Arboretum for a walk through the Azaleas today. We were here a month ago with Vivian and it was fun to see the Spring changes.
We started our day by checking out the National Grove of 50 State trees...

Next we walked over to where the Eagles are nesting...

They have the Eagle Camera here and we watched them at the Visitor center.
Hear the cheer...Plant Natives!

I took this picture so we would have a map...

The view across the way...

This was one of those days when there were "many" people everywhere and I wasn't motivated to take pictures full of people I do not know, thus I did not take as many as usual.

It was gorgeous!

There is a place to research what makes a good golf course,
tennis courts,
and Herb gardens.
So pretty!
Tons of pollen...ah choo!

The National Capitol columns were fun to see in the sunshine, but again lots of people.

Afterwards we went shopping for Jim...and had a successful shopping trip too! They say 80 degrees tomorrow, so another gorgeous day! We will take it!
Peace!
